Fuente Melada is a blend of Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes grown in traditionally cultivated, organic vineyards with calcareous soils. The grapes are hand-harvested at dawn and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature before the wine matures for over two years on the lees, developing its fine structure and creamy texture.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of pastry, vanilla and fresh fruit. The bubbles are delicate and lingering, and the cava is dry, clear and balanced on the palate – a blend that combines freshness and depth.
