This cava comes from a small plot of Pinot Noir vines. The vines, more than 25 years old, are harvested by hand to preserve their freshness and balance. During 36 months on the lees, the wine develops depth and an elegant mousse. Red berry, citrus and floral aromas combine with clear freshness and a long, fruit-driven finish to create a refined and complex rosé.
