Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes, sourced from organically farmed vineyards, form the basis of this blanc de blancs cava. The grapes are harvested at dawn, gently cooled, and processed with great care. After fermentation, the wine is left to rest on the lees at a constant temperature for over two years. This process gives the wine depth, a fine, persistent mousse and a balanced structure.

It is pale gold in colour with fine, even bubbles. On the nose, it combines notes of white fruit with delicate pastry aromas. It is full-bodied and balanced on the palate, with lively acidity and lasting freshness.
