15 May 2026 – Official Ceremony

An exclusive event for media, local representatives, partners, distributors and selected clients. By invitation only.

Programme highlights:

• Official presentation of the bodega

• Insight into the philosophy and vision behind Casas de Eufemia

• Introduction of our debut 2025 vintage

• Tasting of selected wines and cavas

• Flying lunch paired with a curated selection of our cavas and wines

Attendance by invitation only.
Without invitation, access to the official opening on the first day is available for €60, including lunch catering and a curated selection of wines and cavas.

Open to the public

Join us for a festive day at the bodega with:

Wine experiences & guided tastings
An introduction to our first 2025 vintage and selected cavas — explored through guided tastings and a closer look at our winemaking philosophy.

Vineyard experiences
A guided walk to the vineyards at La Casilla, with a picnic and tasting among the vines. A moment to experience our landscapes, old vines and regenerative approach firsthand. Available upon registration on-site.

Live atmosphere: DJ & live violin
A DJ set accompanied by live violin, creating a unique atmosphere throughout the afternoon

Paella & Embutidos
Aperitivo on the terrace and traditional paella with embutidos, prepared over open fire.

Market & local producers
A selection of artisanal products, wines, cheeses and local craftsmanship: celebrating the region and its makers.

A day to discover, taste and celebrate with us.

Entry is free for the second day. Food, wine, cava and experiences can be purchased onsite.
