What does it include:
Experience a magical summer night in the vineyards of Viña de Eufemia, created in collaboration with Villa Raíz. As the sun sets over the vines and the night sky fills with stars, you will enjoy an exclusive open-air gastronomic experience surrounded by nature, tranquility, and the unique atmosphere of the vineyards surrounding Casas de Eufemia.

The evening begins with a welcome surprise from the house, followed by a carefully curated picnic-style dinner featuring seasonal and local ingredients. The menu includes chilled melon and mint soup, a selection of artisan cheeses and Iberian specialties, summer coleslaw, roasted aubergines with burrata and red pesto, fig carpaccio, and an assortment of gourmet brioche sandwiches. To finish, enjoy a coconut mousse with chocolate ganache and pistachios, accompanied by digestive herbal infusions and handcrafted petit fours.

Throughout the evening, each course is paired with a selection of wines and cavas from Viña de Eufemia. Our team will guide you through the pairings, sharing the stories behind the wines, the vineyards, and our regenerative approach to viticulture. As darkness falls, relax among the vines and enjoy the beauty of the summer night sky in one of the most charming corners of Utiel-Requena.

Availability: Join us every Saturday evening throughout July 2026 (4, 11, 18 and 25 July) for this exclusive summer experience. Places are limited and advance reservation is required. In case of adverse weather conditions, the event may be relocated indoors or rescheduled.

Location: In the vineyards of Viña de Eufemia. The exact location remains a secret and will be revealed to participants shortly before the event, adding an extra touch of magic and exclusivity to the evening.
