Macabeo and Chardonnay come together in a cava that combines depth and finesse. The grapes are sourced from vines up to 30 years old, growing on calcareous soils at an altitude of around 750 metres. We harvest by hand and vinify each plot separately to preserve its unique characteristics. Some of the base wine is aged in French oak barrels to add richness and structure.

After more than three years on the lees, the result is a cava with fine bubbles and complex aromas. Notes of white fruit, vanilla and pastry harmonise with a creamy texture and a long, balanced finish.
