What does it include:

On 12 August 2026 a total solar eclipse crosses inland Valencia at sunset. It is the first one visible from mainland Spain in more than a century, and the plateau around Requena sits inside the path. Some things happen once in a generation. This is one of them.

The evening begins at 19:30 with a guided tasting of Viña de Eufemia wines, led by our enologist, alongside a gastronomic cocktail from the Villa Raíz kitchen built on seasonal produce. When the sky begins to change, we all look up together. Eclipse glasses are provided.

The gastronomic cocktail:

• Chilled gazpacho
• Spinach petit cake with lardo
• Goat's cheese and pastrami bonbon
• Yuca crisp with mortadella and pistachio pesto
• Summer cabbage salad
• Mini brioche with tuna mayonnaise and roe
• Mini burger with confit onion and sun-dried tomato

To finish:

• Lemon pie
• Keto petit fours

The experience includes:

• Wine tasting guided by an enologist
