Description: “Rubia Tinta” is a distinctive and unconventional blend of red Bobal and white Xarel·lo, sourced from regeneratively cultivated vineyards in Utiel-Requena. The Bobal comes from 45-year-old bush vines, while the Xarel·lo originates from 15-year-old vines. Fermented and aged for six months in Clayver stoneware vessels, the wine reveals vibrant red fruit aromas with delicate citrus and almond notes. Light-bodied and elegant, it combines lively acidity, remarkable freshness and a smooth, balanced finish. A unique expression of two contrasting grape varieties, produced in a limited edition of just 510 bottles.

Style & Pairing: A fresh, light and vibrant red — ideal with tapas, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled vegetables, poultry, rice dishes, light pasta or simply enjoyed on its own. Its delicate structure and refreshing acidity also make it an excellent choice for serving slightly chilled.
