Eufemia Reserva Brut Nature is a structured and characterful cava made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. The vines grow at around 750 metres altitude on stony, calcareous soils and are harvested by hand. Some of the grapes ferment in French oak barrels, giving the wine depth and a fine texture.

During its minimum three-year ageing period on the lees, the cava develops subtle mineral notes and aromas of ripe fruit, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla and pastry. The result is a creamy, balanced and persistent wine with fine bubbles and a clean, dry finish.
