The blanc de noirs is made from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes grown at an altitude of 750 metres on a plateau. Only the finest fruit is chosen for Eufemia Reserva Blanc de Noirs, making it a cava of rare exclusivity. The grapes are harvested in small crates, gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve their delicacy. The wine then matures for over 80 months on the lees, a long period that shapes and refines its character.This noble cava boasts a golden sheen and fine, harmonious bubbles. Delicate floral aromas, ripe fruit notes, and a hint of fresh minerality come together to create a complex, balanced tasting experience.
