This brut rosé cava, made from organically grown Pinot Noir and Garnacha, shimmers with delicate rosé tones and bright reflections. After harvest, the grapes are gently cooled and only the mosto flor is used. During twelve months on the lees, the wine develops balance, depth and a creamy texture.

On the nose, Carrasca Negra reveals aromas of red berries with subtle floral notes. The bubbles are fine and even, the acidity elegantly integrated. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced – ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes.
