Cavas

Ecological cavas from Viña de Eufemia, made with grapes from regenerative viticulture in the heart of Utiel-Requena, Valencia. Four distinct expressions of the Bobal terroir, all sharing a common origin: living soils cultivated under permaculture principles, free of herbicides and chemical intervention, and a vinification that respects the natural rhythm of fermentation.

Unlike industrial cavas, ours are born in a small bodega that prioritises the purity of the fruit. Macabeo and Chardonnay bring freshness and floral complexity; veteran Garnacha from calcareous soils gives structure and mineral memory. The result are living cavas, with fine bubbles, natural acidity and an unmistakable Utiel-Requena identity.
