What does it include: Step into our barrel room and experience the heart of the bodega. Surrounded by aging barrels and the quiet aroma of oak and wine, you will join our enologist for a personal and relaxed tasting. During this experience, you’ll learn about our winemaking process from grape to bottle: how the wines ferment, how they age, and how time inside the barrel shapes their character. It’s an honest and approachable conversation about the craft behind each wine, shared right where it happens.
